As a works council member, executive and manager, Markus Engl has been gaining experience in German, Swiss, Czech and Slovakian companies, in public and private sectors with development work in new markets, managerial responsibility and development with up to 2000 employees for 21 years.
During this time, he managed to introduce a new philosophy of service quality, which was ambitiously implemented by employees at all levels.
Without exception, all companies were extraordinarily successful, which prompted Markus Engl to examine more closely what the "key of success" was in detail. He went in search of a process for success and high team spirit.
He developed his style of leadership from practice, seminars and science. It was always his aim to impart this knowledge in an excellent, professional, simple, clear and process-oriented way in order to be able to easily pass this knowledge on to other managers.
In 2012 he founded Jamazo sro - Business & Marketingsolutions
In 2018, 16 arcades were purchased in Tanzania
In 2018 Las Vegas Casino - Dar es Salaam was purchased
In 2019, Novomatic Tanzania was founded together with Novomatic AG

28 years of experience as an executive and manager in casinos in England, the Czech Republic, Canada, Africa and Russia.
Nick Rowland started in the casino industry in 1990 as a croupier and has gained experience in all positions up to Casino Director and Group of Companies Director,
responsible for several countries. He has worked in England, Czech Republic, Canada, Africa, Russia and now Tanzania.
Even as a croupier, Nick Rowland was involved in game analysis and security issues. As a manager, he developed, among other things, process, surveillance and security guidelines for international casino chains. He then implemented training and further education programs for employees.
